The Oceanis 373 is a superb and luxurious cruising yacht by Beneteau. Easy handling with a simple to manage sail plan; great deck accommodation and easily reached controls. Below is a large, superbly comfortable, light and airy saloon with every conceivable extra; great performance on a big boat.
"Serendipity" has all sail controls lead back to the cockpit for easy sail handling and has a full mainsheet traveller system to ensure good upwind performance.
Instruments include depth, speed and wind direction, autopilot and also GPS in case you want to play; plenty of feedback for the most demanding sailor.
A lazybag mainsail system ensures easy sail handling, coupled with single-line reefing from the cockpit makes for safe and controlled sailing regardless of the wind strength.
A large cruising furling genoa improves upwind sailing and is easily controlled from the large cockpit winches.
Down below the saloon has the benefit of new coachroof lights that give an airy, bright feel to the interior with 2m headroom. A central fold-down table provides plenty of room for six people to dine in comfort. The galley has a fully gimballed two-burner gas cooker and hob and the coolbox is great for keeping things fresh. There is also hot and cold pressurised water from mixer taps in the galley and two sinks with manual pumped cold water. The head is enormous and has a separate shower area for excellent bathing with separate controls for shower and sink.
There are six berths in two double cabins and two single berths in the main saloon.
The Beneteau Oceanis 373 is licensed with the SLDC and is fully equipped with all the necessary domestic and safety equipment for a maximum of 6 people to comply with local byelaws.
