Learn the basics from your qualified skipper and enjoy the fabulous scenery of the Lake District
Half Day Have a go Session
A half day session for up to four people takes around 3 hours and you can either sit back and let your skipper do all the work, or take control your self. Light refreshments are always provided and all safety equipment too.
Full Day Have a go Session
A full day session for up to four people lasts around 6 hours and gives you the opportunity to learn some of the basic skills of sailing a yacht.
Once you have had the introduction you can then go onto the RYA Keelboat Course and receive a formal qualification on completing Levels 1 and 2.
The price for half a day session for up to four people is £210
The price for a full day session for up to four people is £310
Gift Vouchers
Sailing gift vouchers are an unusual gift for anyone, whether they just want to have a go with an instructor or skipper to bareboat charters for experienced sailors.
We supply personalised gift vouchers from you to them and send it - on time - to the address of your choice. They are valid until December 31st 2008 so there is plenty of time to take them.
Simply give us the name of the person you want it sending to, and the person/people who are sending the voucher, what type of gift and the address you want it delivered to and we do the rest. We put an invoice in the letter for payment by cheque once you have received the voucher; so nothing to pay until you see what you have bought.
